This mainstream Primary School located in the Borough of Bromley is looking for the perfect hard-working, resilient graduate to join their exceptional team! As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working alongside pupils with SEMH & complex behavioural needs who require some additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model. You will support their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom. This is a full-time, long-term post, commencing in September.

Behaviour Mentor - Unqualified Job Role: Supporting children with a range of SEN & SEMH to keep them engaged in the classroom Encouraging the development of the students' social skills Working within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate needs Supporting and complying with the school's safeguarding procedures Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP Located in the Borough of Bromley Behaviour Mentor - Unqualified Candidate Specification: A 2:1 or a First-class degree from a reputable University Genuine interest in working with SEN and Mental Health Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt Experience in a previous role, or personal experience in SEN is desirable Calm and compassionate nature School Details: Large school with modern facilities Supportive staff and welcoming SLT Knowledge-rich curriculum Diverse cultural and extracurricular opportunities Strong pastoral support system Additional training opportunities available What will I gain from this Behaviour Mentor - Unqualified role?
