Teaching Personnel are currently seeking  two Teaching Assistants  to work in a Behaviour Specialist Unit within Burry Port.  The right candidates will need to be able to commit to  full time hours during term time.   Role to begin in  January 2025 until July 2025.  Pay 12.90 per hour.  About the role:  You will be working in a specialist unit, providing behaviour support for learners ages 3 - 16.  You will work one to one and within small groups.  Alongside classroom duties, you will also provide support on offsite school trips and engage in many other onsite activities to manage behaviour and prevent incidents.  You will build a rapport with learners, and work to de-escalate situations, using patient and understanding.  Ensuring safeguarding will be the forefront of importance.  What do I need to Apply?  GCSEs are a minimum requirement for all applications.  Experience working with Behaviour, preferred.  A full UK driving license, preferred.  For further questions please call 01792 47300 OR if you want to apply, please submit your CV below and we will reach out to suitable applicants following a CV review.  All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
