You will work closely with teaching staff and other support professionals to implement behaviour management strategies and provide targeted interventions. Your goal will be to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all our pupils.Key Responsibilities:* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.* Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt learning activities and materials.* Assist in the development of social skills and emotional resilience in pupils.* Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.* Monitor and record pupils' progress and behaviour, providing feedback to the SENCO and other relevant staff.Requirements:* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is essential.* Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and interventions.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging behaviour in a positive manner.* Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.* A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field is desirable but not essential.How to
