As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment while ensuring that all students receive the individualised guidance they need to thrive in the classroom. You will engage with them and help the class teacher deliver tailored support and guidance based on their individual and unique learning requirements.
