who experience behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to develop strategies that promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being. Your role will involve providing individual support to students, using a variety of approaches to help them manage their behaviour and succeed in their learning environment. Responsibilities As a

Behaviour Support Worker , your responsibilities will include: Supporting students with behavioural challenges both inside and outside the classroom. Working alongside teachers to implement behaviour management strategies and individual learning plans. Encouraging positive behaviours and providing a safe, supportive environment for students. Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to support students' well-being. Providing guidance and emotional support to students, helping them develop social skills and resilience. Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural needs. A positive, calm, and empathetic approach to managing challenging behaviour. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one. Relevant qualifications, such as CACHE Level 2/3, training in Childcare or Behaviour Support, are desirable but not essential. Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
