NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting on behalf of a Secondary school in Bradford who are part of a multi-academy trust. We are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker who is seeking a new full-time opportunity from January 2025.
This role is to support across the school with behavioural issues and support pupils within the provision. The main objective is to minimise class disruptions and to assist pupils to move from the provision back into their assigned classes.
This is a full-time temporary to permanent position working Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 3:30pm with 12 weeks of holiday per year.
Minimum Requirements:
12 months of relevant experience Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one) 2x professional references Right to work in the UK Strong understanding of Behaviour and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
