The school serves a range of age groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4). The school is looking to take on a nurturing and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker. The successful candidate will be required to effectively help students self-regulate. All students attending the school have an EHCP in place. Behaviour Support Workers will be expected to engage with a wide array of SEN including ADHD, Autism, Downs syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. At times, Physical Intervention may be required, so the ideal Behaviour Support Worker should have up-to-date Team Teach Training. This role is paramount to the day-to-day operation of the school and is vital to re-engaging students with their learning. The Successful Behaviour Support Worker will have: TA level 2 or above Team Teach Training (In date) Excellent behaviour management skills Ability to employ nurturing strategies In Return for the above, you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to assist with the onboarding process.
