The role may require working with a range of age groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4). The school is looking to take on a nurturing and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker. The successful candidate will be required to effectively help students self-regulate. All students attending the school have an EHCP in place. Behaviour Support Workers will engage with a wide array of SEN including ADHD, Autism, Downs syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. Physical Intervention may be required, so the ideal candidate should have up-to-date Team Teach Training. This role is vital to re-engaging students with their learning and is very rewarding. The Successful Behaviour Support Worker will have: TA level 2 or above Team Teach Training (In date) Excellent behaviour management Ability to employ nurturing strategies In Return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to assist with the onboarding process.
