We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join a supportive school in Liverpool. This full-time, long-term role is perfect for someone with extensive experience in behaviour support and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children who need it most. Your Role:
Provide 1:1 and group support to students who face behavioural and emotional challenges. Implement behaviour management strategies to help students engage positively in their learning environment. Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to create tailored support plans. Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support their personal and academic development. What We Offer:

Significant experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour, preferably in an educational setting. A calm, patient, and resilient approach to managing behaviour and supporting students. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. Eligibility Requirements:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to process a new application). Provide two professional references related to behaviour support or childcare. How to Apply:
