About the Role: We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join the anzuk team to work in schools across North West London. Your role will involve: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour. Using behaviour management strategies to support learning and foster a positive environment. Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions and build relationships that help students thrive. Who We’re Looking For: Experienced Professional : Previous experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour in an educational or similar setting is essential. Trained in Behaviour Management : Qualifications such as Team Teach (or similar) are highly advantageous. Sports Coaching Background : We encourage applications from candidates with experience in sports coaching, who bring energy, motivation, and team-building skills. Resilient and Patient : You’ll be calm under pressure and committed to supporting pupils' personal and academic growth. About the Position: Full-Time : Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
