As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them regulate their emotions, manage behaviour, and develop the skills needed to succeed both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Support children with SEMH challenges, helping them navigate their emotions and behaviours. Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively, maintaining a calm and positive approach. Minimum Requirements: No prior experience is required for this Behaviour Support Worker position, as full training and support will be provided.
