Behaviour Support Worker required:

Qualiteach Ltd are seeking a behaviour support worker who is able to work with vulnerable pupils who can become emotionally dysregulated, helping them to access their learning, and crucially, find reasons to smile and form strong, trusting relationships.
You will be:
Enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children with special educational needs. Strong with behaviour management by setting clear boundaries and using a range of appropriate techniques. An excellent communicator and resilient, positive practitioner. Able to bring a warm smile each day and set your stall out - no two days are the same and a good sense of humour is warmly welcomed!
