Support students with challenging behaviour and SEN in the classroom. Provide 1:1 or small group support to keep students engaged in their studies. Use your behaviour management skills to help de-escalate situations and promote positive behaviours. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to deliver tailored support. Build positive, trusting relationships with students to ensure they feel supported and encouraged. Assist students with academic tasks and ensure they are progressing in their learning. Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour or SEN. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively. Passionate, proactive, and hardworking. Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations calmly. DBS check (or willing to apply for one). Previous experience working in a school or a similar setting is required. Team Teach certification is desirable (but not essential). Able to commute to Lewisham. What We Offer:
