Behavioural Analyst Interviewer (BAI)
The Behavioural Analyst Interviewer (BAI) role is an exciting opportunity for customer experience professionals who have a passion for dealing with people on a daily basis at international gateways connecting Australia to the world. Following the introduction of additional security measures by the United States Government (TSA), the BAI is responsible for conducting interviews with U.S. bound passengers to collect intelligence and pivotal pieces of information which will assist in providing advice to understand and mitigate potential threats to security, whilst at the same time delivering a safe, easy and efficient world-class airport experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with passengers to build ongoing, confidential relationships, while delivering a safe, easy and efficient world-class airport experience
Collect intelligence and pivotal pieces of information to assist in providing advice to understand and mitigate potential threats to security
Observe & interpret passenger behaviour and attitude and respond accordingly
Review passenger travel documentation (passport, ticket), if required
Ensure all mandatory baggage control questions are asked to each passenger, if required
Escalate unresolved behaviours for further screening, if required
Facilitate the movement of passengers and their baggage from the interview area to check-in
Analyse information provided by passengers and respond accordingly
Apply frameworks through critical thinking, sound judgment, and reasonable and necessary actions
Qualifications
Full-time training is provided, week 1, Monday to Friday, Week 2, Monday and Tuesday.
