Behavioural and Emotional Support Worker Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and skilled Emotional and Behavioural Mentor for a full-time position at an SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Sheffield. The school caters specifically for students aged 11 – 16 years old. Responsibilities Supporting students with emotional and behavioural difficulties to manage their behaviour and emotions effectively. Providing one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions to help students develop social and emotional skills. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create individualized plans for students. Monitoring and tracking student progress and communicating with parents and caregivers. Requirements Relevant qualifications or experience in counselling, social work, psychology, or a related field. Experience working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Knowledge of SEMH and strategies for managing challenging behaviour.
