leadership experience
in a regional or managerial role within the
BEMS
or a
related industry. A
strong
technical background
in
BEMS . Experience
managing
and developing a team. Demonstrated

a team to achieve high performance. Excellent
commercial awareness
with a focus on budgets, cost management, and
P&L. Strong
communication
skills and the ability to engage effectively with
both your team and clients. Resilient,
