A fantastic opportunity to join a small family-run business in Ashby-de-la-Zouch who have over 20 years experience within the kitchen and furniture industry. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to become part of their small and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in making kitchens and furniture to the highest standards. You will have a passion for making bespoke furniture and have an exceptional eye for detail. In return, you will receive a competitive salary along with additional benefits. All our clients' furniture is truly bespoke, designed, crafted, and manufactured in the UK. What we need from you as a Bench Hand Joiner:

A minimum of 4 years experience in kitchens and furniture making Full UK Drivers License is essential Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Ideally live within a 10-mile radius of Ashby-de-la-Zouch Desirable But Not Essential:

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in carpentry and joinery Responsibilities And Duties Include:

Manufacturing of bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, home studies, and furniture Making cabinets and doors Operate a range of machinery and handheld tools Sanding & finishing Timber machining Working in a safe manner, adhering to company procedures. Salary:

Up to £40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Hours of work:

Working full time, 43.75 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7.45am - 5.00pm and Friday 7.45am - 4.00pm with some flexibility. Occasional Saturdays may be required. Benefits:
