About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team to deliver high-quality, personalized care to our residents. Reporting to the Residential Services Manager and Clinical Management team, your key responsibilities will include: Providing individualized nursing care to support residents' health, safety, and comfort. Coordinating and supervising care staff with clinical expertise. Maintaining accurate and timely care plans, assessments, and documentation. Mentoring and fostering teamwork among care staff. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with aged care standards. Supporting the onboarding, training, and supervision of new staff and students.
