Role: Benefits Advisor
Reports to: Head of Reward
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid - 3 days in office)/ London

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Advisor to join our Global Reward team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the UK benefits portfolio for our employees, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and optimizing our benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the UK employee benefits portfolio, including health insurance, pension schemes, and flexible benefits.
- Conduct benefits and pension information sessions for new starters
- Develop and implement regular communication strategies to engage employees with their benefits and ensure content/materials is regularly updated on the colleague benefits portal.
- Serve as the main point of contact during annual benefits renewals.
- Oversee the setup and changes of the flexible benefits system in Workday
- Provide advice to employees on benefits-related queries and issues
- Stay up-to-date with UK employment law and benefits regulations
- Collaborate with HR team members and external vendors to ensure smooth benefits administration
- Analyze benefits usage data and make recommendations for improvements
- Regularly liaise with the UK Payroll and HR teams, and support the team with escalated employee queries. Contacting and working with the vendor when necessary.
- Ensure the budget is regularly updated with changes in employee headcount/uptake and invoices from vendors.
- The role may include administration/support of greater EMEA countries in future as it will be a part of a Global Reward team.
Knowledge / Experience
- In-depth knowledge of UK employee benefits landscape and relevant legislation
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- CIPD qualification preferred but not mandatory
- Exposure to global or multi-country Benefits administration is a plus.
