We are delighted to be partnering with a boutique financial services organisation to hire their new Benefits Lead on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Global Head of Reward, this role will lead the strategic and operational delivery of benefits for the global business. Our client has offices in 10 international locations (HQ in London).
This role will work directly with the business and in partnership with the small HR team to deliver a world-class benefits offering.
We are keen to speak to candidates who have a wealth of international benefits experience and ideally a background in global mobility and/or tax.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a market-leading organisation and own and deliver the global strategy.
Our client operates a hybrid model with 2-3 days needed in the office.
To be successful, you will need to be immediately available.
