The Role: In this pivotal position, you will: Lead the administration of medical, life insurance, pension, and region-specific benefits. Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of benefits programs. Drive annual enrolment activities and oversee payroll data validation for benefits. Analyse vendor data and implement actionable insights for continuous improvement. Contribute to strategic projects, collaborating closely with senior leadership to innovate and enhance the benefits offering. Your experience includes: Managing benefits programs across the UK and Ireland, and IDEALLY multiple European countries. Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
