3 days in office This role involves working within a specialised team focused on compensation and benefits across the EMEA region. The team is responsible for the design, governance, and management of benefits plans, programs, and policies. You will collaborate with HR generalists, in-country vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure these benefits support employees' physical, financial, and emotional wellness. You will oversee established governance routines for assigned benefit programs, managing risks effectively while identifying opportunities for improvement within a structured governance framework. In addition, you will manage international benefit programs for assignees, expatriates, and third-country nationals, ensuring these are delivered, communicated, and governed effectively. The role also includes working with wider benefits and pensions leads to support host country benefits during assignments. Finally, you will oversee legacy international pension plans, ensuring compliance, governance, and risk management in partnership with trustees and tax advisors. Key Duties

Design and governance of benefits plans, programs, and policies across the EMEA region. Management of local and regional benefits programs, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks. Partnering with HR teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver effective benefit solutions. Supporting international benefit programs for mobile employees, ensuring alignment with global policies. Governance and management of legacy pension plans, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a similar role with expertise in international and EMEA benefits management. Previous experience in the financial services sector in a comparable position is highly advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. High level of numeracy and analytical ability, with expertise in Excel and similar tools. Confidence in consulting with senior stakeholders to deliver creative, problem-solving solutions. Risk management expertise, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks. Exceptional project management skills, ensuring clear frameworks and stakeholder communication. Skilled in vendor management and fostering collaborative relationships across teams. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality delivery.
