Bennett and Game are currently assisting a well-established, Revit using architectural practice based in Newcastle, with their search for an experienced Architectural Technologist. Since establishing over 60 years ago, our client has developed a specialist team of Architects, Designers, and Technologists, who prioritise the creative re-use of buildings as well as a focus on Sustainability. Our client is offering extensive progression, the opportunity to widen your portfolio, a salary ranging up to £40,000, plus 3 days hybrid working, holiday that accrues with service, and a discretionary bonus scheme. The successful individual will initially be working within the Education and Retail team, assisting with the technical stages of a project, with potential to take a project through from inception to completion in the near future. Project values typically range between £5 million up to £50 million.

Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience Based within a commutable distance of Newcastle Upon Tyne Proficiency working with Revit Prior experience within the Education or Retail sector advantageous Extensive experience working on RIBA stage 4-5 Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
