Bennett and Game are currently representing a Chartered Surveyors and Architectural Practice based in Cirencester, who are looking to grow their Architectural team. Our client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to assist with the heavy workload in the pipeline. Specialists within the Residential sector, covering a variety of projects including but not limited to extensions, refurbishments, change of use, new builds, and listed building conversions. Since establishing over 35 years ago, our client has established an outstanding reputation within the industry, assisting with every aspect of a project whilst upholding their client's visions. Senior Architectural Technologist Job Requirements Relevant Qualification required (BSc, HND, HNC) Proficient in AutoCAD 2D Minimum 3+ years' experience An ability to produce CGI images, technical drawings and put schemes together independently Experience producing schedule of works is essential Project management and Contract Administration would be most advantageous Good Knowledge of Architecture and Surveying Specialised within the technical stages of projects
