The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: ICCM Certificates in Cemetery and Crematorium Management and full Diploma or similar. Experience of working at a management level in Bereavement Services. In-depth knowledge of statutory, regulatory, strategic, and operational procedures for burials and cremations. Experience of developing and implementing a business and financial plan within bereavement services. Ability to demonstrate high levels of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, the local community, and contractors/suppliers. Previous experience of leading, motivating, managing, or supervising a team of staff.
