BESS Optimisation Manager

About the Role In this pivotal role, you will lead and optimise revenue for Innova’s growing portfolio of BESS projects. This involves everything from managing tendering processes for revenue optimisation contracts, to influencing the broader commercial strategy around these projects. Key responsibilities : Oversee the entire tender process for BESS revenue optimisation, from supplier selection to contract execution. Collaborate with internal teams including commercial, finance, engineering, and more, to ensure seamless project integration. Be the go-to BESS revenue expert within Innova and represent the company at industry conferences. Play an instrumental role in shaping the future of the BESS sector by contributing to consultations and influencing industry policy. About You Are you a strategic thinker with deep experience in the energy industry and a passion for renewable technology? We're looking for someone with: 2-3 years’ experience

in a commercial role within the energy industry, specifically focused on BESS revenue optimisation. A track record in negotiating and securing complex energy contracts. Extensive knowledge of the UK electricity market, including balancing and short-term trading. Strong commercial acumen with an ability to lead during high-stakes negotiations.
