About the job:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Beverage Dispense Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our beverage dispensing systems across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Boxbar Tech’s dispensing equipment, including self-service machines, coolers, and related technology.

Champion quality by ensuring all quality control and assurance procedures are followed.

Work to deadlines on both physical and administrative aspects of the job.

Ensure that all Boxbar Tech dispensing equipment is never offline to maintain service continuity.

Offer training and support to Boxbar Tech staff and clients on the proper use and maintenance of dispensing equipment.

Manage inventory, including purchasing equipment and completing regular inventory takes.

Fit out and build bars, festivals, venues, and events that we manage.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to beverage dispensing systems promptly and efficiently.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful deployment of new equipment at events and venues.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies.

Work closely with management to identify opportunities for improvement in equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including after-hours support.

Develop and improve processes and quality of dispense to ensure a world-class service.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years proven experience as a technician, in the beverage industry or related field.

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed servicing a variety of events and hospitality businesses.

Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with beverage dispensing systems and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent understanding of technology solutions.

Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions.

Show an ability to work autonomously and take responsibility beyond the scope of the role.

Be aware of and take responsibility for implications of decisions.

Have the ability to cope in a high-pressure environment.
