Position Overview We are seeking a BFC Technician to join our dynamic team at Culligan UK Limited. As a BFC Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our water filtration systems. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for growth within an established company that values innovation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys and perform installations of water filtration systems. Execute repairs, services, exchanges, and collections on-site to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and timely management of stock and inventory, ensuring all necessary parts are available for service tasks. Work within tight daily schedules while managing tasks efficiently. Attend our Service Centre as required to replenish supplies and equipment. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided. A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Working Conditions & Benefits: Monday - Friday Days working pattern. Uniform & Tablet provided.
