Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT services sales manager, with a strong focus on account-to-account payments systems, to grow Aspire's project and annuity payments business in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) across Europe from UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling offshore and nearshore IT services to banks and payments services providers (mostly Tiers 2 to 5). This person will be responsible for: Identifying opportunities and managing the sales cycle. Positioning Finastra's Payments-to-Go product to win new clients. Expanding into other areas of Aspire's service portfolio. Owning the addressable market and selecting/presenting propositions. Creating messaging and managing offshore-based business development staff. Speaking at events and organizing Aspire's events on themes related to changes in the payments industry. Managing Aspire's relationship with Finastra Payments.
