Full Time, Permanent The impact you will have The role of the BI Analyst is to analyse complex business processes to design robust, efficient and performant BI solutions. You will lead the requirements gathering process for new and enhancements to existing BI solutions and reports, as well as support the consolidation and harmonization of and into Global BI solutions and reports, supporting the solution design and development process for the core business processes. You will take ownership of defined work packages contributing to international BI projects and rollouts and support the business in creating and maintaining reports. Alongside this, you will provide Level 3 Support to assist with issue resolutions and coordinate the testing activities for the BI Workstream, strengthening the Arjo BI community. The skills you will need: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business or IT related course 2-3 years of hands-on Business Intelligence experience as key business user or BI Business Analyst/Consultant At least 3 years of experience in BI report design and requirements specification At least 2 years of experience in cloud based Power BI applications ERP system experience is beneficial (Infor M3 preferred, SAP beneficial) Knowledge of Business Intelligence, data warehouses, data modeling, data lakes and ETL concepts Solid understanding of at least two of the following business processes: Finance, Rental, Sales, Service, Manufacturing/Production, Supply Chain/Logistics or Customer Service Experience of state of the art data analytics solutions MS SQL knowledge Excellent analytical and investigative skills Experience with computer system validation and testing procedures Strong and fluent English language skills Team player Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision Business mindset Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong commitment with a high degree of flexibility What we will offer in return You will support our vision to be the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.
