Stoked Cycles Ashburton is looking for an experienced Retail Manager for our thriving local bike shop. We are looking for the right person who ideally knows and understands bicycles, rides regularly, and enjoys retail.

Previous experience in retail ideally
What you’ll be doing:
Running the showroom and keeping it presentable on a daily basis
Selling products and services
Customer service and dealing with queries
Monitoring stock levels and reordering inventory, managing inwards goods
Helping prepare the showroom and service centre for stock takes
Managing showroom staff
Looking at how you can improve and grow the showroom and service centre (and cycling!!) in the local community/area
This is a leadership position and ideally, you will have a proven track record in retail and selling. Also, as you will be helping to lead a team of people, you will have had experience as a leader/manager.
This position is 5 days a week or there is an option of a 4-day work week, plus must be available to work a Saturday morning on a rostered basis.
