Due to expansion our client a UK wide construction business is looking for a Bid/PreConstruction Administrator to join their East London based team on a permanent basis to support the wider PreConstruction department. Training for their specific specialism and bid coordination is offered, though if having an understanding of PreConstruction from a Bid support/Document Control background would be advantageous. The interview process is set to start asap with the hope of someone starting with them in February. Key Responsibilities: To support the PreConstruction team with the administration of tenders, PQQ completion and tender document control Producing presentations, tender documents and reports Ensuring that the tender library is kept up to date and information filed correctly Offering general administrative support to the team by way of recording meeting actions, diary management and monitoring inboxes Qualifications/Skills: Experience of working within a bid/tender/document control support capacity within the construction sector would be a distinct advantage Excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and used to working to strict deadlines
