Bid Administrator

to join our dynamic Bid Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to the success of our bids and tenders. The Role

As a Bid Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative aspects of our bid and tender processes. Your responsibilities will include: Organising meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating event attendance. Assisting with pre-qualification and selection questionnaires. Formatting and quality-checking bid applications and supporting materials. Managing the Bid Team inbox, ensuring queries and communications are distributed effectively. Collaborating with departments such as Contracts, Sales, and BMSS to ensure seamless documentation flow. Maintaining the Content Management Platform with up-to-date, accurate bid-related data. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your skills through training, including the use of new systems like ERP, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the Bid Team by identifying and resolving discrepancies in documentation. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week). To excel in this role, you must: Have experience in a busy sales or sales support function, preferably in a service-led business. Be highly organised, methodical, and proactive, with strong attention to detail. Be proficient in MS Office, with skills in document management and formatting. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities. Have experience with content management platforms (desirable, but training will be provided). Benefits
