Bid & Contracts Executive - Andover - Apply Now to Join Stannah Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Bid and Contracts Executive to join our team. This role will support the Bid and Contracts Manager. This position involves assisting the Bid & Contracts Manager in the bid process for new opportunities with existing and prospective clients, developing our response strategy, and providing key content when required. Working within the Bid Team, you will provide relevant tender responses and produce high-quality pre-qualification and tender documents that fully respond to customer questions. Job Responsibilities: Review tender documents, understand customer requirements, and assist in creating compelling, clear, and accurate tender responses, including proofreading, editing, and submitting tenders on time via online portals. Work closely with the Bid & Contracts Manager, Sales Team, and subject-matter experts to define win strategies, develop sales content, and gather relevant information to enhance bid quality. Maintain and update the tender content library, sales content, and public sector price lists, ensuring materials align with business standards and customer needs. Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s operations, competitors, and market relationships. Job Requirements: Demonstrable ability to manage projects to required timescales. Experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential. APMP Foundation level certification or willingness to achieve it. When required by business demands, nationwide travel and overnight stays will be needed. Company Information Stannah is a family-owned manufacturing and engineering company.
