Wiltshire An award-winning contractor is currently looking to add an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their submissions team. As a Bid Coordinator, you will assist the head of submissions and Bid managers with the preparation and production of PQQ and Tender submissions. The Bid Coordinator will ensure that all tender documentation is presented to a uniformly high standard, editing and proofreading submission documents as well as deputising for the document controller and completing other administrative duties. This will be a demanding role and will suit someone who is able to manage their time and work to tight deadlines. Role & Responsibilities: Completion of pre-qualification questionnaires and tender submissions Managing multiple concurrent complex PQQs and tenders Ensure compliance with corporate branding and standard formatting Understanding of the Prequalification and Tender process Computer literate Ability to work to deadlines on multiple PQQs/Tenders and prioritise accordingly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to meet the challenges of a busy workload Ability to work individually, and as part of a team What can you expect from one of the world's leading construction groups: Competitive salary on offer circa £25,000 – £30,000, excellent career progression and prospects, and a real opportunity to make a difference in a fast-paced environment.
