Skills required : Proven experience in coordinating bids and tender submissions, ideally within the construction or consultancy sector. Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign – a key requirement for this role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication and writing skills to ensure high-quality, client-focused submissions. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure. Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time. Design and format high-quality bid documents using InDesign to showcase the company’s expertise and brand. Collaborate closely with technical teams, writers, and senior stakeholders to gather content and input. Maintain and update bid libraries, templates, and resources for future use. Support the development of presentations and marketing collateral as needed.
