Bid Co-ordinator
Full Time Monday to Friday – Permanent role
Manchester City Centre
Salary: £35,000 plus bonus OTE 39,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Bid Executive looking for an exciting new role in the professional services sector? Or are you a Bid assistant ready for a step up ? If so, we have the perfect role for you! In this role, you will be responsible for producing high quality bid writing and co-ordination of the bid submission and process, across a range of bids, from frameworks to complex and detailed submissions.
The Role:
You will be responsible for leading the bidding process for new business opportunities as well as retenders and renewals. You will gain experience within public and private sector opportunities, including pre-bid strategic work and capture planning. Working closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, you will develop winning strategies for new business pursuits. This is an excellent opportunity for fast track progression to a Manager role within 12 months.
You:
- 1+years of experience in bid management
- Experience in capture planning and pre-bid strategic work
- Experience managing complex proposals
- Experience in both public and private sector bidding, highly beneficial
- project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
