Bid Director

to join our high-performing team based in Oxford. The Role: As the

Bid Director , you will lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, driving strategy and overseeing the development of high-quality, winning proposals. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will identify growth opportunities, develop client-focused solutions, and ensure the delivery of compelling bids that reflect our company's values and capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the bid management process from inception to submission.

Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.

Oversee the production of high-quality proposal documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and innovative solutions.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout the bid process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to bid team members.

About You: Proven track record of success in bid management and business development within the facilities management or related industry.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in managing large, complex bids with a focus on quality and innovation.

Proficiency in bid management tools and processes.

Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
