Bid Executive Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth running of the tendering process
- Work alongside the Senior Bid Manager on Invitation to Tenders
- Develop compelling client proposal documents
- Maintain and update bid materials and resources
- Create persuasive customer-facing documentation
- Support fee earners' business development activities
- Drive business growth through effective bid management
Bid Executive Requirements:
- A background in bids/tenders OR corporate marketing with focus on B2B content
- OR a degree in English/History (or other academic subject) with 1-2 years' professional experience
- Passion for crafting compelling written content
- Ability to adapt tone and style to match brand values
- Experience in business proposals and presentations (advantageous)
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellence in creative writing and grammar
- Ability to commute their Exeter office weekly
- Professional approach to confidentiality
- Self-starting attitude with both independent and team working abilities
