About the Role:

As the Commercial Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the preparation of competitive and compelling proposals that meet client requirements and support our business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the bid process from initial enquiry to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement bid strategies, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
  • Prioritise resources to maximise bid success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, software, art, creative, and legal, to gather necessary information and input for bids.
  • Manage the writing, review, and editing of bid content to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of a library of bid documents, templates, and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients as needed.
  • Conduct post-bid reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance bid competitiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the AV, location-based entertainment, or technology industries.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Experience in reading, understanding, commenting, and redlining commercial contracts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Additional experience in Monday, Jira or similar task manaegement and workflow software.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively against tight deadlines.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary, multinational teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
