As the Bid and Tender Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the preparation and submission of bids and tenders, ensuring they are compliant, compelling, and tailored to meet client needs. This role involves collaboration across departments, maintaining a proactive approach to tender opportunities, and ensuring seamless bid management. Key Responsibilities:

Bid and Proposal Management:

Lead the preparation of bids, integrating inputs from departmental managers. Develop clear, compelling proposals that outline the business and commercial benefits. Maintain compliance with client requirements and internal standards.

Opportunity Management:

Monitor procurement portals (e.g., OJEU/OJEC) and identify relevant tender opportunities. Administer site registrations and alerts for e-procurement systems.

Content and Submission:

Create professional, well-written, and competitive proposals. Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and tender documents to meet deadlines. Maintain and enhance a library of accurate corporate information for tender use.

Tracking and Reporting:

Track and log tender activity, outcomes, and client feedback. Provide weekly summaries of tender progress to directors.

Administrative Duties:

Manage the tenders email inbox and ensure timely responses. Format documents in line with Rayden Engineering branding. Handle confidential information securely and professionally.

Skills and Competencies:

Essential Experience:

Proven track record in preparing tender submissions and bid documentation. Strong IT proficiency, including presentation tools and e-procurement platforms. Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to grammar, consistency, and detail.

Key Attributes:

Highly organized with excellent planning and prioritization skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy. Analytical mindset with numeracy skills to interpret and present data.
