As a Bid Manager within Worldline, you will be the key link between the Worldline Sales leads and the business. You will be responsible for all elements of driving the bid forwards; orchestrating the bid team towards a successful response. You will be responsible for a wide variety of solution-focused bids ranging from traditional software development style client responses to leading edge payments solution proposals. This is a very fast-paced environment to work in so we are looking to hear from individuals who are able to manage their own and the bid team’s time effectively to ensure deadlines are met. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop compelling proposals which are in line with the customers’ expectations and with Worldline strategy Critically review customer tender documentation and Worldline tender responses with a detailed eye and take responsibility for final tender production alongside the bid team Build a robust bid project plan, risk management and mitigation strategy, and ensure that bids meet internal governance requirements and sign-offs Lead effective, focused, and well-informed bid teams Coordinate and manage resources required to respond to proposals, including delivery, legal, finance, and sales Contribute to the process of creating best-in-class bid collateral and compiling bid collateral/bid libraries Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers.
