£70,000-£75,000 per annum + car allowance & benefits package A thriving facilities management business with a profitable track record of hard services engineering excellence is currently looking to develop a BID team in the facilities management industry. Operating across the private sector, they are recruiting for an experienced and effective Bid Manager to complement their team. The client has a strong reputation in the market and is committed to excellence, sustainability, and client satisfaction. Our client has an enviable order book already secured for 2025 but they are continuing to target new business and grow their team, currently successful in every one in two tenders. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing bids and tenders; this is a brand-new division as all bids and tenders are currently managed by the senior leadership team. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and must be willing to progress and grow the division/team organically year on year. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working are essential. Good knowledge of facilities management processes and techniques is required. The ideal candidate will understand technical services or come from a technical background. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving FM provider with big plans for 2025.
