As a Regional Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by developing, coordinating, and delivering responses to proposals, bids, and tenders across Europe. You will provide technical support and leverage your knowledge of our products and services to enhance our bid management capabilities. Key responsibilities
Lead the bid process throughout the entire bid lifecycle for complex and strategic tenders/RFPs/RFIs. Ensure adherence to bid processes and stakeholder management. Articulate key messages, value propositions, and differentiators in bid responses. Implement and maintain bid procedures, governance, and processes. Conduct effective bid reviews and manage version control of proposals. Provide technical writing, editing, and proofreading of proposals. Manage multiple bids and competing priorities to ensure timely delivery. Advise commercial teams on product and service positioning. Support continuous improvement of bid management practices. About you
Experience in a similar role within a multinational, multicultural environment. University degree or equivalent. High proficiency in English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are highly desired. Strong commercial/business acumen. Interest in marketing and content development. Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com. Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
