Your team The Bid Management team at CTI Digital is the driving force behind our business growth and success. They identify new opportunities, craft winning strategies, and deliver proposals that make an impact. Collaborating with teams across the business, they create bids that highlight our expertise and demonstrate our unique value. By expertly managing the entire bid lifecycle and leveraging deep industry knowledge, the Bid Management team helps our clients achieve their goals while fueling growth across CTI Digital. What you’ll be doing As our Bid Manager, you’ll collaborate with sales and delivery teams to prepare winning bids and framework submissions whilst also taking responsibility for: Developing Winning Strategies: Collaborate with a range of teams to create clear, targeted bid strategies that meet client needs and highlight our unique strengths.

Managing the Bid Lifecycle: Oversee bids from start to finish, coordinating input from departments such as tech, creative, and account management to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.

Customising and Perfecting Content: Tailor proposals to reflect client requirements, ensuring all responses align with CTI’s tone, brand, and value propositions.

Ensuring Quality and Compliance: Review and refine all bid materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to client and industry standards.

Evaluating and Improving: Conduct post-bid analysis to identify lessons learned, improve processes, and inform future strategies.

Tracking and Reporting: Maintain an up-to-date bid pipeline and provide regular insights to senior leadership on trends, outcomes, and opportunities.

What experience you need to be successful Bid Management Expertise: Proven experience managing bids from opportunity assessment to submission, including public sector tenders and commercial bids, ideally within a digital or creative agency.

Project Management: Skilled at handling multiple bids, balancing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Exceptional Communication: Strong proposal writing and editing skills, able to convey complex ideas persuasively and client-centrically, with excellent verbal communication for internal and client collaboration.

Strategic Customisation: Adept at tailoring bids to align with client needs while showcasing CTI’s strengths and value.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with bid management tools, plus expertise in Google Suite for efficient document preparation and collaboration.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all bid submissions.

Risk and Compliance Awareness: Skilled in assessing risks and ensuring compliance with industry and legal standards.

Resilient Under Pressure: Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing last-minute changes and high-stakes submissions with confidence.
