Are you a Bid Manager looking for an Outside IR35 contract? TXM are pleased to be working with a client who is looking for an experienced Bid Manager within the rail/transportation industry on a 3-month rolling contract.
Our client operates within telecoms and connectivity in the rail and transportation industry. They are working with a large organization to install a series of telecom systems to enhance a fleet of rolling stock and help improve safety and reliability across the UK, Europe, and America.
As a Bid Manager, you will be required to lead and manage the bid process from initial inquiry through to submission. Responsibilities include:
Correspondence with other departments such as sales. Writing, editing, and proofreading bid documents to ensure all submissions are accurate and comply with client requirements. Identifying and managing risks throughout the process.
What we require from you: Experience in Bid Management or a similar role. Experience in rail/transportation tenders and bids. A technical background in telecom systems is desirable. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
