Exciting Opportunity for 3 x Bid Managers Are you passionate about driving business growth and delivering high-quality bid submissions? My client is looking for experienced Bid Managers to take the lead on exciting projects ranging from 500k to 250m. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in regenerating homes and communities while being at the heart of the action-handling all writing responsibilities yourself! My clients' goals are to breathe new life into neighbourhoods, revitalizing homes and communities. They are on a mission to create a connected, sustainable future through collaboration and innovation. Your Role: As a Bid Manager, you'll: Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial enquiry to tender submission. Write and coordinate submission responses tailored to each client. Lead planning and review meetings, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions. Collaborate with estimators and operational teams to ensure the synergy between price and quality. Maintain a strong market and industry intelligence to drive improvements and innovation. What they are Looking For: Proven experience in bid management and technical writing, ideally within social housing or construction. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage the full bid lifecycle independently. Strong relationship-building skills and up-to-date industry knowledge. Retrofit knowledge is a big plus!
