As a BID Manager, you will: Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for diverse structural steel projects. Manage all tendering activities, ensuring alignment with business strategies and client expectations. Evaluate all technical, material, transportation, fabrication, and construction costs. Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and sales to ensure seamless bid preparation. Develop key interface packages such as decking, stairs, edge protection, and fire protection. Facilitate tender adjudication, client presentations, and handover to delivery teams upon project award. Cultivate strong client relationships to secure repeat business and foster partnerships. About You
We're looking for someone with: Proven experience in a BID Manager, Estimator, or Quantity Surveying role within structural steel or a related industry. The ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings confidently. Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills. Experience managing complex bids from start to finish.
