Bid Manager Hybrid (home and office) Competitive package We are on the hunt for an experienced Bid Manager to join this dynamic print management business. As Bid Manager, you will be at the heart of identifying, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities through various channels, such as inbound enquiries, existing clients, and collaborating with the sales team to prequalify opportunities to ensure they are aligned with the company’s wider sales strategy. You will take full ownership of the tender process, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions through the preparation and presentation of relevant documentation for commercial review meetings, reading and summarising bids as part of the pre-qualification process, and reporting on the status of bids. Key Responsibilities

Identify and assess new business opportunities via centralised inboxes, client portals, and other channels. Collaborate with the sales team to prequalify leads and ensure alignment with the company’s sales strategy. Tender Management : Lead the entire tender writing process, from reading and summarising bids during prequalification to managing communication via online portals. Submission Process : Ensure timely and compliant bid submissions that are compelling and client-focused. Documentation : Prepare and present documentation for commercial review meetings. Reporting : Maintain up-to-date records on the status of bids using our SharePoint library and HubSpot CRM. Provide detailed reports to management as required. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights needed for bids. Essential Skills Required for the Role:

Experienced bid professional with a proven track record of managing the end-to-end bid process within the sector. Confident communicator that is able to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders. Competent writer with the ability to distil and communicate effectively on complex sales solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. InDesign, Copilot, and HubSpot experience is also desirable. Positive and proactive individual that is capable of working within a busy and diverse team. Ability to confidently review and pre-qualify potential bid opportunities, and present rationale to internal stakeholders. Ref: 1571411
