Bid Team Leader We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Bid Team Leader to join our Sales team. The Bid Team Leader will manage the tendered and contracted business elements of the Fresenius Kabi and Calea portfolio and will line manage a team of Contract Co-Ordinators and Bid Writers. The position is full-time Monday - Friday and is based in Runcorn. Fresenius Kabi is a global health care company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and medical technologies for infusion, transfusion, clinical nutrition and biosimilars. Responsibilities Manage a team of Associate Contracts Co-ordinators, Contracts Co-ordinators and Bid Writers Lead on the tender process for all business streams and work closely with the senior Sales and Marketing management team to complete tender submissions Ensure a high standard and consistent approach is taken with all tenders to improve tender success Review the Contracts Advance tracker report daily to ensure all potential opportunities are captured Cover bid writing responsibilities, including drafting of responses, meeting stakeholders and updating responses Ensure the systems and processes are in place to ensure pricing accuracy for all customers Regularly review tender documentation to ensure accuracy and correct representation of Fresenius Kabi and Calea Qualifications/experience Experience of managing complex public sector tenders, preferably NHS Degree or equivalent preferred Line management experience essential Senior sales/sales management experience Benefits Contributory Pension Scheme (rises with service) Role specific tailored training and development plan Life Insurance (4 x salary, death in service) 25 days holiday (rises to 27 after 5 years service) and ability to buy/sell holidays Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Leave Professional fees paid Bike to work scheme Long Service Awards Employee Assistance Programme Free onsite parking and subsidised canteen Blue Light Card Company funded family days out We are proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination.
